Days 1–3 · Box arrives
We deliver the Box.
A tamper-evident SecureBox arrives at your door, signed for and sealed.
- Order online or by phone — a vault is set up for you the same day.
- Box delivered within three working days inside Greater Accra, five elsewhere.
- Includes a sleeve organiser, tamper strips, and a printed sign-up sheet for your records.

On your schedule · Pickup
Sealed pickup.
Our background-checked staff collect the Box and photograph it at every handoff.
- You choose the pickup window — 30-minute slots, Mon–Sat.
- Box photographed sealed at your location, in the courier vehicle, and on facility arrival.
- Each handoff is logged with a name, ID, and timestamp visible in your dashboard.
- If a seal is broken in transit, the Box is returned to you sealed before any document leaves the box.

Within 48 hours · Digitization
Digitized in Accra.
High-fidelity scanning at our facility. Every page OCR'd and indexed within 48 hours.
- 600 DPI colour scanning preserves stamps, signatures, and watermarks.
- OCR runs on every page, including handwritten and stamped content.
- Documents are auto-tagged with type, parties, dates, and registry references.
- Originals can be returned to you, kept in our climate-controlled archive, or shredded with witness — your choice.

Day 10 onward · Vault access
Reach your vault.
Sign in from anywhere with 2FA. Search, share, or download — your originals stay sealed.
- Sign in from any device, anywhere — TOTP 2FA on every login.
- Full-text search across every page in your vault. Find a 1972 deed in seconds.
- Share via time-bound, watermarked links. Revoke any time.
- Set beneficiary access for a date you choose — useful for wills and family vaults.

- Pickup
- Box photographed sealed at your location with timestamp, location pin, and courier ID.
- In transit
- Tracked vehicle, dual-driver on overnight routes, no stops outside our route plan.
- Arrival
- Box re-photographed on arrival; tamper strip checked under camera before opening.
- Digitization
- Documents handled only by background-checked staff in monitored rooms.
- Return / archive
- Originals re-sealed in a fresh box (returned) or moved to the climate vault (archived).
