We built this for a friend's land title.
SecureVerse was founded in Accra to give every Ghanaian family and business bank-grade security for the documents that hold their name.
We started SecureVerse because a friend's land title was lost in a fire in Madina. Their family had owned that plot since 1962. The paper was gone, and so was the quickest proof. Bank-grade security shouldn't be reserved for banks — it should be available to anyone with paperwork worth keeping.
The papers that hold your name should be reachable, forever.
Most Ghanaian families have one filing cabinet, one cupboard, one drawer. Fires happen. Floods happen. Houses are sold. Documents are misplaced.
SecureVerse exists to make sure that the loss of paper is never the loss of identity, ownership, or inheritance.
The questions everyone asks first.
What happens to my original documents after digitization?
You choose: returned to you in their sealed Box, stored in our climate-controlled facility under chain of custody, or shredded under your witness. Either way, the originals are never destroyed without your signed authorization.
Where exactly is my data stored?
Stored in regional African data centres. Encrypted with AES-256 at rest, TLS 1.3 in transit. Your data does not leave the African continent and is not replicated to any region outside it.
What if I lose my phone or my 2FA device?
Each account ships with offline recovery codes printed at sign-up — store them with your other important papers. Identity-verified recovery is also available at our Accra office.
Can my lawyer or accountant access my vault?
Yes — you can issue time-limited view-only links for specific documents, with a 24-hour default expiry. Every access is logged. You can revoke a link any time.
How long does it take from order to vault access?
Three working days for the Box to reach you. Pickup scheduled at your convenience. Digitization within 48 hours of arrival at our facility. Most customers are using their vault within ten days.
Do you serve customers outside Accra?
Yes. We currently provide pickup across Greater Accra in three working days, and to Kumasi, Takoradi, and Tamale within five. For other locations, contact us — we'll arrange a courier route.
Is SecureVerse insured?
Yes. We carry professional indemnity and document handling insurance through a licensed Ghanaian underwriter. We will share the certificate with corporate customers on request.
What happens if SecureVerse goes out of business?
Your data is yours. Every account has a one-click full export to encrypted ZIP. In the event of a wind-down, we commit to a 90-day export window and to assisting transition to another regulated provider.
